Client: Amazing Grace Senior Living
Type: Gleason Architects PC was hired to redesign the convent into an assisted living facility with memory care. The building measures over 85,000 sq ft on 4 floors. The remodeled facility included 44 assisted living units and 28 memory care units. The design involved remodeling the existing small dormitory units to create spacious apartments for the residents. The interior was given an updated, residential feel. The facility features a chapel and theater as well as other resident amenities.
