Type: Adaptive reuse of an historic high school into residential apartments. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and all renovation work must be in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. When completed the project will contain 54 apartments including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
