Type: Maywood Supportive Living is a renovation of an historic nursing home. The original building was constructed in phases with the original tudor style structure completed in 1930. The north side of of the building is a 1950’s and 60’s international style. The building is six stories with a penthouse and measures a total of 133,000 sq ft. The building had sat vacant for about 17 years when renovations began in 2021. When complete, the facility will have 100 assisted living apartments and space for a future memory care unit of 21 apartments. The facility will serve 3 meals a day and provide laundry service to the residents. There will be activity spaces, a wellness center, resident lounges, theater, etc.
